Finding aid: 4 pages; Collection: 26 boxes + 1 file cabinet (35 linear ft.);Arrangement varies. Object inventory cards are arranged by I.D. number, sales books by date, and acquisition/sale books by medium. By looking within the acquisition/sale books an I.D. number can be located on an object's photo. If the date of purchase is known for a particular piece, invoices note I.D. numbers. Once an object's number is known, the card files can be checked for purchase and sale information.
